WHO recommends feeding newborns exclusively till 6 months of the baby’s age and thereafter along with complementary feeding, until 2 years of the baby’s age.

The sessions help in understanding why breastfeeding is important, not just for the baby but also for her and by extension the entire family.

Understand the story of breastfeeding, how it works, hold, latch etc. which by itself goes a long way in solving many of her issues that may be arising just because of unawareness about the topic.

Bust myths (her breastmilk isn’t enough, baby is always crying because they’re hungry) so that they don’t make her fall off the wagon.

Provide continuous support and make sure all issues are solved timely until the duration of the support she subscribes to.
