My husband and I, both work in the healthcare industry. Naturally, our approach towards our pregnancy was driven by biological facts. This made my intent to exclusively breastfeed my baby for 6 months very clear. And this also made me realize that I will need professional hand holding for my postpartum journey and breastfeeding.

No matter what your theoretical knowledge is, it certainly doesn’t give you practical confidence to deliver, quite literally. Top that with the emotional rollercoaster that comes with the third trimester and post partum!

As I live overseas, my next and the biggest challenge was to find the support that I was looking for.

It is almost impossible to find such 1:1 support out of India. That’s when I came across Neha’s profile on Instagram.

Of course, there were million questions after my son’s birth and a few challenges on feeding him in the initial weeks but Neha’s support was incredible. We didn’t expect her availability around the clock despite the EU IST time difference.

It has been nearly 3 months since my son’s birth and Neha continues to be a message away for any of my questions or doubts.
